Site updates in the works

A forum is in the works for Existence Unknown. I'm using phpBB and modifying the style to be compliant with the site. When the forum is up and running the link will appear in the main menu on the site. Which should be in the next week.
I still need to work out a few kinks on the forum (mainly graphical glitches) and of course add some sub forums.
Furthermore, I'm having a little trouble with displaying the flash content on the site. It seems that browsers like Firefox (and other mozilla browsers), Safari and Camino have a lot of trouble when the Flash content is set to have a transparent background, using wmode = transparent. The performance goes down to the extreme in these browsers
So I disabled the transparency which in turn clips the menu as you can see on other pages where it has a 3d effect on the right side of the buttons.
The comic for today has been put on hold for a few hours. I just got back from work (@ 17:30) and have to go visit the family this evening (and just was told about it). Not enough time to get the comic page finished.
Expect issue #3 either Sunday asap or perhaps even tonight at 02:00 or 03:00 (GMT+1). Depending on when I get back. Perhaps I'll go on and produce two comics this weekend. I mean I'm just starting out and content is needed if you know what I mean.
In closing, I've done some promotional work for the comic and site hits have been increasing within 4 days of the comic being online.

Small news browsing glitch I just detected. There are currently 2 news items. The latest news can be accessed trough the home menu link and the first news item (ironically) can be accessed by pressing last in the top menu.
I'll fix this issue either tomorrow or when I get back. No time at the moment have to go to visit the family now.
